STILNYY'S Return & Exchange Policy
At STILNYY, we prioritise customer satisfaction and ensure a hassle-free return and exchange process. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Return/Exchange Window: You can initiate a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-12 working days after the returned item passes the quality check.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- You can drop a mail to connect@stilnyy.com to raise an exchange by sharing order details. We are working on automating the exchange process.
- If the requested size within the same style is unavailable, you can opt for a refund.
- Once the returned item clears quality checks, the exchange item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
Important Notes
- If the return request does not meet the eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to the customer.
- In case of defective or incorrect items, STILNYY will bear the return shipping costs.
