Shipping Timelines
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 2-4 business days (subject to availability).
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on delivery(COD) orders will be charged with flat Rs.99
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.
- You can also track your order under the ‘My Orders’ section in your STILNYY account.

Delivery Restrictions
- We currently do not ship internationally but are working to expand our reach.
- Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Changes to the shipping address can only be made before the order is dispatched. Please reach out to connect@stilnyy.com to raise queries regarding the same.
- If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partners will reattempt within 48 hours.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Ensure you share clear images of the product and packaging for resolution.
